Building on the MoU that was signed with the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai (EHRDC), to drive Emiratisation within the luxury retail space, the organisations expanded their efforts to train, develop and equip the Emirati People Of Determination hires within the warehouse operations function. In recognition of the PoD talents, Chalhoub Group hosted a celebration honouring the new hires—38% of whom are UAE Nationals—within the operations team, while also welcoming the partners who supported this endeavor.
